For Emdeon Office payer enrollment forms, please log in to Emdeon Office. 

  • To add, change or remove claims information select “Send Claims” then "Setup and Help"

 

  • To add, change or remove remittance enrollments, select “Payment” then "Setup and Help"

 

From the list of options that are displayed next, choose the one that best describes what you want to do and complete the displayed form.

For Real-Time transaction enrollment use the Payer Enrollment link under "Managing Your Office".
