Your enrollment with Emdeon ePayment automatically gives you FREE access to Emdeon Payment Manager, an online solution that equips providers with a set of self-service tools to easily search, view, print and download electronic remittance advice (ERA) from payers across the country in a human-readable format.*

With Emdeon Payment Manager, you can also select which payers you wish to switch from paper to electronic payments, designate specific bank account(s) to receive electronic payments and store and retrieve remittances and payment data online.

With Emdeon Payment Manager you can:

Providers enrolled in Emdeon ePayment receive complimentary access to the basic version of Emdeon Payment Manager. Using the basic version of Emdeon Payment Manager, providers can download HIPAA-formatted 835 ERA files for most participating EFT Payers. Downloadable ERA files are not available from payers who choose not to provide downloadable ERA files. Upon completion of the provider’s enrollment for Emdeon ePayment, the provider will be eligible to receive payments from all Emdeon ePayment enrolled payers. The provider must explicitly request enrollment for the selected payer(s) among Emdeon ePayment enrolled payers by using the Online EFT Enrollment and Account Management website or speaking with an Emdeon representative at 866.506.2830.
