Ed Caldwell
Ed is the Senior Vice President of Provider Sales and Services for Emdeon. He has been with Emdeon and its associated companies for over 20 years, and has held a number of leadership positions working with hospitals, health systems, and physician practices across the country. Ed has been instrumental in developing integrated, real-time EDI solutions that have saved hospitals millions of dollars and countless hours. Most recently, Ed has helped Emdeon develop its full suite of Revenue Cycle Management solutions and services. |

Miriam Paramore As Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Government Affairs, Miriam Paramore is responsible for overseeing the clinical sector of the business, long-term strategic planning, thought leadership, public policy and government affairs. Paramore brings more than 25 years of industry experience and plays a critical role in helping Emdeon shape a course for the future based on emerging trends in health information technology (HIT). She is a national speaker and currently serves on the national board of directors for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and is the board liaison to the HIMSS Financial Systems Steering Committee. She is a past Board member for CareSource Management Group, a non-profit Medicaid managed care organization, and a previous member of the eHealth Advisory Committee for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Paramore is the architect of The U.S. Healthcare Efficiency Index™, an industry forum for measuring the efficiency of healthcare business processes. As a longtime advocate for HIT in the public sector, Paramore serves as an advisor to key Congressional committees and the Congressional Budget Office on HIT, healthcare administrative simplification and other practical solutions that can take costs out of the system and make healthcare more efficient. Ms. Paramore received a Bachelor of Science degree from Belmont University. |

Chrissie Brady
Chrissie is the Manager of Sales Support and Training with Emdeon. Chrissie has an extensive healthcare background, including experience as a practice administrator of an urgent care facility and several general and family care physician practices. She has also held major roles in other healthcare settings, including physician billing, occupational medicine business administration, surgical coordination, physician credentialing, and medical records management. Today Chrissie is a Solution Consultant with Emdeon and works with our largest customers to demonstrate Emdeon Revenue Cycle solutions. |

Michelle Vaughn
Michelle has over 22 years of revenue cycle experience. Her extensive healthcare background includes experience as a System Specialist, Supervisor of Cash Applications, Insurance Reimbursement Analyst, Patient Access/Registration Specialist, and Utilization Review Specialist for the Mayo Foundation. Michelle has also been a Solution Consultant with Emdeon, where she worked with large healthcare organizations around the country to improve revenue cycle processes with Emdeon solutions. Michelle is the Manager of Revenue Cycle Analysts, where she manages a team who implements and analyzes hospital processes with Emdeon solutions in order to help with process improvements. |

Vann Whisenhunt
Vann is the Regional Vice President for the Gulf Coast Region of Emdeon. Vann has been with Emdeon and its associated companies for over 8 years and has held a number of positions working with hospitals, health systems, and physician practices across the country. Prior to joining Emdeon, Vann worked for Medical Endoscopy Services as a District Sales Manager. Vann graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance. |

Stephen Kruzich
Stephen has been with Emdeon and its associated companies for 7 years and has been in the healthcare profession since 1980. Prior to joining Emdeon, Stephen was the Director of Radiology for Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, Texas. His background in healthcare began at Washington University/BJC Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri, where he started his career as a registered Radiologic Technologist. He has served in several capacities in large university settings, as well as in the private Imaging/ASC facilities in Missouri, Colorado, and Texas. Stephen holds a Business degree from Webster University. |

Blair Baker
Blair is Director of Product Management for Emdeon's Provider Services. He has over 11 years of Healthcare IT experience in leadership positions developing payer connections and system integration as well as product management and business operations. Blair brings with him over 10 years experience specific to Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management where he has been instrumental in leading teams through implementation and integration for large hospitals, health systems and physician practices across the country. Blair is a Certified Patient Accounts Manager (CPAM) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.

Buffy Loveday
Buffy is the VP of Business Development with Emdeon. In this role, Buffy is responsible for developing and maintaining growth strategies for revenue cycle solutions and services. Buffy has been with Emdeon in various roles such as Account Executive, National Account Sales Executive, and Director of Product Management. Prior to joining Emdeon, Buffy spent 18 years working in various strategic healthcare settings, including physician practices, physical rehabilitation centers, and acute care centers. Through the years, Buffy has seen many changes in our industry, such as the migration of government programs to Managed Care. Buffy has worked in all areas of the revenue cycle holding various positions in Patient Access, Business Office, and Administration. Buffy started her career in nursing and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with a Bachelor of Science in Business. |

Steve is the Vice President of Product Management at Emdeon. He has 25+ years of Healthcare IT experience and has held a number of senior leadership positions working with hospitals, health systems and physician practices across the country. Steve brings with him many years of experience leading business units tasked with developing and implementing web-based and client server applications in patient billing, appointment scheduling, EDI/revenue cycle management services, and electronic health record capabilities for practice management and hospital clients. Steve is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree. |
